Hands & Heart is a counsellor-led art experience designed for children who learn at home. Led by Mariana, a qualified counsellor and creative facilitator, each session uses art as the vehicle for something deeper — helping children build emotional regulation, explore their feelings, and develop tools for navigating everyday challenges, all through the joy of making. Sessions are slow, process-led, and genuinely low-pressure. Children work with clay, repetitive mark-making, and large-scale materials in small, unhurried groups — following their own curiosity every step of the way. Hands & Heart comes to you. If your homeschool group already meets regularly, Mariana can bring the full experience directly to your venue as an incursion — materials, facilitation, and heart included.
